Feedback-Informed Treatment
& Deliberate Practice
Training & Support

Training that helps clinicians and organizations move from collecting patient-reported information to using it meaningfully in care.

Holistic Research Canada supports teams to strengthen Feedback-Informed Treatment, measurement-based care, patient-reported outcome measures, patient-reported experience measures, goal tracking, and feedback-informed clinical conversations.

The focus is not just the score.

It is what happens next.

From Scores to Clinical Conversations

Many organizations collect patient-reported data. Measures are completed. Scores are captured. Graphs may be available.

But too often, nothing changes.

The score is recorded, but not discussed. The pattern is visible, but not explored. The concern appears, but the session continues as if the information was never there.

Our training addresses the gap between having feedback and knowing what to do with it.

We help clinicians and teams build the confidence, language, and practical skills to notice patterns, respond to cues, invite meaningful conversations, and adjust care when patient-reported information signals that something needs attention.

What Feedback-Informed Treatment Adds

Feedback-Informed Treatment is not simply the administration and scoring of measures.

It is the practice of using patient-reported information in real time to guide clinical conversations, strengthen collaboration, and respond earlier when care may not be working.

In many settings, measures such as ORS/SRS, CORS/CSRS, PHQ-9, GAD-7, goal-based measures, and other patient-reported tools are already being collected. FIT helps teams ask a more practical question:

How does this information change what happens next?

What Colleagues Say
"Cindy has done amazing work in this area and understands the processes of feedback-informed treatment inside and out.Besides all that, she is wonderful to work with."
